Students sometimes forget that marriage is a legal commitment as well as a personal one. This lesson invites students in CTS Legal Studies and CALM to explore the legal aspects of marriage and marriage contracts.
There are 5 activities included in this lesson: a marriage quiz, background reading, writing a marriage contract, defining personal philosophies and values, and an extension activity. Students may complete all activities, or only select ones at the teacher's discretion.
