School's In: Students Fighting Identity Theft

School's In - LawNow 2008
This lesson is appropriate for students in grades nine to twelve who are taking CTS Legal Studies or Career and Life Management. The purpose of the activity is to enable students to become informed about identity theft, on line buying and credit card fraud. The lesson is also designed to encourage and facilitate students to become active participants in the fight against identity theft and on line crimes.  
Students are asked to educate those who may be less proficient in technology by creating a presentation about the ways to minimize the chance of identity theft.
Grade Level: 7-9, 10-12
